Holly Lollar
Holly Shepherd Lollar, APR is EVP- PR Insights and Planning at The Lollar Group. Previously, she was Public Relations Account Director at o2ideas, where she worked on various accounts including: Verizon Wireless, Samford University, CSX, Brookwood Medical Center and ConocoPhillips. While at o2ideas for three years, Holly succeeded in gaining international press coverage for clients. Prior to joining o2ideas, Lollar was Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing for Kid One Transport, a state-wide nonprofit organization for three and a half years.
In 2002, Holly was Press Secretary for an Alabama statewide political campaign. Her prior experience in the non-profit sector includes her position as Community Relations Manager for the Alabama Policy Institute. Lollar graduated with a degree in Public Relations and Speech Communication from the University of Alabama.
Holly has served on the American Advertising Federation- Birmingham's Board for six years. She is Past-President of the Junior Board of Glenwood, Inc. She is a board member of the Public Relations Society of America, Alabama Chapter and also serves on the Public Relations Council of Alabama-Birmingham's Board. Lollar also serves on the Junior Board of Magic Moments, the Young Supporters Board of UAB's Comprehensive Cancer Center as Public Relations Director and the Southeastern Diabetes Education Services' Board. She is a past board member of the Young Professionals of Birmingham.
She was appointed by Governor Bob Riley to the Alabama Women's Commission as a Representative of the State At Large in 2003 as well as to the Black Belt Action Commission, Health Committee by Governor Riley and Congressman Artur Davis in November of 2004. Recently, Governor Riley appointed Lollar to the Alabama State Service Commission where she will serve until 2012.
She frequently speaks to faculty, alumni and students at the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa), Samford University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham on trends in the fields of public relations and corporate communications. Lollar is a past recipient of both the PEAK Award for Ad Woman of the Year and Public Relations Director of the Year given by the American Advertising Federation- Birmingham. In 2009, Lollar won the PEAK Award for Newcomer of the Year given by the American Advertising Federation- Birmingham.
Lollar was recently given the distinguished honor of being named as one of the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” in March of 2011.

Tracy Smith
Tracy Bennett Smith is VP- Client Communications at The Lollar Group and brings with her more than 17 years experience in the nonprofit industry where she emphasized a team approach leadership style focusing on the areas of executive leadership, strategic planning, fund development and volunteer recruitment. She spent four years as CEO of Kid One Transport, a state-wide nonprofit that provided free healthcare transportation for children and expectant mothers in need. Before Kid One Tracy was President of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Alabama Chapter. She began her nonprofit career as Public Relations Director for Alabama Lions Sight Conservation Association and then as Director of Marketing and Human Resources for the Alabama Eye Bank.
Tracy is adept at building productive relationships to further business goals and has a strong background in team building, event planning, communications and community relations.
Smith spends her time serving her community as a Junior Board Member for the YWCA Central Alabama, Board Member of the University of Alabama at Birmingham's National Alumni Society and Board Member (Past Board Chair) of the Community Health Charities of Alabama.
She is also a current member of The Women's Network and was appointed by Governor Bob Riley to serve as Regional Health Committee Co-Chairman for the Governor's Alabama Rural Action Commission. She was awarded Birmingham Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" in 2006.
